Kelly Jo Blair Hicks, 33, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at her residence.
She was born on August 2, 1984, in Dyersburg, TN, to Bill and Judy Blair. Kelly was a registered nurse at Tennova Healthcare Dyersburg Regional and was a member of Glendale Church of Christ.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, June 22, 2018 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Mr. Serge Shoemaker and Mr. Johnnie Finley officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her husband, Justin Hicks of Dyersburg; her parents, Bill and Judy Blair of Bogota; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Kelly was preceded in death by her brother, Kevin Blair; her grandparents, George and Nora Lee Blair and Bill and Pearl Childress; and her aunt, Cindy Enochs.
Pallbearers will be Doug Singleteary, John Willis, Josh Daniels, Randall Hughes, Kevin Patterson and Lucas Hamilton. Honorary pallbearers will be Leon Enochs and Jacks Singleteary.
The family requests that memorials be directed to the Dyer County Community Cancer Fund, P.O. Box 1055, Dyersburg, TN 38025.
