Kathleen Turnboldt Hawks Gunnells Pugh's Obituary
Kathleen Turnboldt Hawks Gunnells Pugh, 56, of Dyersburg, passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at her residence.
She was a healthcare worker for Oakwood Community Living Center and attended Cornerstone Church of God.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Dyer County Memorial Gardens with Pastor Shannon Saliba officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her three daughters, Melissa Carter and husband, Larry, of Kenton, Krystal Hawks (Rick Brubaker) of Trimble and Latosha Ford and husband, John, of Dyersburg; her mother, Bernice Bolden of Dyersburg; nine grandchildren, Blake Criswell, Taylor -Catherine Carter, Haylie Rose, Trevor Carter, Egan Carter, Haydon Leke, Allyson Ford, William Ford and Landen Ford; and her special relatives and caregivers, Betty Burns, Tom Burns, Tim Burns, James Jackson and Campbell Gunnells.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents whom raised her, Bill and Catherine Cannon; and her father, Mack Turnboldt.
