Judy Evans, 70, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at her residence.

Judy was born on September 23, 1951, in Finley, TN, to the late, Lonnie and Mary Lou Campbell Harris. She was a homemaker and was a member of Finley Baptist Church. Judy enjoyed fishing, horseback riding and she cared for everyone. She loved taking care of all of her family and spending time with them.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 30, 2022 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, July 30, 2022 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Gerald "Sonny" Evans of Finley, TN; three sons, Gerald Evans (Teresa), Anthony Evans (Maleia) and Mark Evans, all of Dyersburg, TN; a daughter, Laticia Hicks of Jackson, TN; a brother, Don Harris of Kansas City, KS; a nephew, Mike Cowles; a niece, Angie Quick; ten grandchildren, Erika Smith, Emily Renfroe, Keith Downing, Ashley Wilson, Andrew Hicks, Katelyn Riley, Lauren Carlisle, Payton Cowles, Marilauren Rogers and Shelley Reaves and eighteen great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by a son, Brian Keith Evans; a brother, Jerry Harris; and a sister, Patsy Harris.

Pallbearers will be Gerald Evans, Anthony Evans, Mark Evans, Mike Cowles, David Quick and Barry Carlisle. Honorary pallbearers will be Jim "Woody" Woodward and Eli Richardson.
