Juanita Mooring Parks, 97, of Tiptonville, passed away on Friday, December 9, 2016 at her residence.
She was a homemaker. Juanita was also a member of Tiptonville Church of Christ.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at the Tiptonville Church of Christ with Mr. Carl Mills officiating. Burial will be in Parks Cemetery in Tiptonville. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at the church.
Survivors include her daughter, Candace Parks Felts of Nashville; a son, Stephen Parks and wife, Patricia, of Ridgely; a sister, Lillie McCain of Tiptonville; seven grandchildren, Joel Cook, Matt Cook, Heather Cook Waldroup, Clif Parks, Colt Parks, Logan Felts and Corbin Felts; four great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilford Fred Parks, Jr.; a daughter, Pamela Parks Maddox; her parents, Forrest and Lillie Clifton Mooring; and two brothers, Bedford Mooring and James Mooring.
Pallbearers will be Clif Parks, Colt Parks, Logan Felts, Corbin Felts, Joel Cook and Matt Cook.
