Joyce Turnbo Phillips, 69, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at her residence.

Joyce was born on October 2, 1951, in Dyer County, TN, to the late, Claude and Christine Burns Turnbo. She was a coil winder for ERMCO, where she worked for 26 years and was a member of Our Little Country Church. Joyce loved to serve the Lord and take care of her family.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 11, 2021 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Royce McGuire officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

The Phillips' Family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Monday, May 10, 2021 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her son, Jason Phillips of Finley, TN; a daughter, Jackie Smith of Finley, TN; two sisters, Nelda Turnbo Ozment (Alex) of Bartlett, TN and Erline Turnbo Dudley of Dyersburg, TN; five grandchildren, Jennifer Allen (James), Cheyenne Phillips (Larry), Sean Phillips, Lauren Phillips and Gracie Phillips; and eleven great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by a brother, J.B. Turnbo; and a great-grandson, Jaymes Robert Allen.

Pallbearers will be Larry Taylor, Jr., James Allen, Sean Phillips, Lauren Phillips, Joel Phillips and Keith Osborne.
