Johnny Paris, 66, of Tiptonville, TN, passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Johnny was born on January 2, 1956, in Tiptonville, TN, to the late James Jefferson Paris and Madie Belle Mitchell Paris. He was a self-employed painter and was a member of the Living Word Church in Hornbeak. Johnny was an avid motorcyclist and loved boating, fishing and riding his side by side. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 23, 2022 at Living Word Church with Rev. Archie Larry officiating. Burial will be in Crockett's Chapel Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Friday, April 22, 2022 at the church.

Survivors include his wife, Diane Paris of Tiptonville, TN; two step-daughters, Mattie Achord of Hornbeak, TN and Molly Miller of Tiptonville, TN; two brothers, George Paris of Tiptonville, TN and Cletus Paris of Murfreesboro, TN; a sister, Joannie Beeler of Troy, TN; four grandchildren, Dakota Miller, Autumn Miller, Paige Miller and Faith Miller; and six great-grandchildren, Adeline Miller, Chipper Miller, Colt Miller, Olivia Miller, Andre'a Arreola and Dearalynn Horvath.

Pallbearers will be Willie Benthal, Cotton Brewer, Danny Mills, Jermaine Taylor, Cletus Paris and George Paris. Honorary pallbearers will be Bradley Tubbs, Mattie Achord and Danny Maddox.
