Johnnie Buck "J. B." Hardwick, 95, of Finley, died Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
He was a retired farmer and an avid fisherman.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Fairview Cemetery with the Rev. Gary McGill officiating.
The family will receive visitors Friday morning 11 A.M. until 12:45 P.M. at the funeral home.
Survivors include his daughter, Patsy McGill and husband, Gary, of Finley; his sister, Laura Giametta of Biloxi, MS; three grandchildren, Catherine Bell Perry of Finley, James Wade Bell of Finley, and LeeAnn McGill Hallum of Biloxi, MS; and one great grandson, Tyler Hallum of Newbern.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Janie Bell; two grandchildren, Patrick McGill and Julie Bell; and his parents, Frank and Cassie Hardwick.
Pallbearers will be Jeremiah Hollingsworth, Luke Hollingsworth, Levi Gentry, Brent Welch, Joe Welch, and Terry Hallum. Honorary pallbearers will be Alton Fowler, Jerry Pate Hollingsworth, and George Hollingsworth.
The family requests that memorials be directed to the charity of the donor's choice.
