John Douglas Alls' Obituary
John Douglas Alls, 70, of Dyersburg, passed away on Friday, July 4, 2014 at his residence.
He was a retired teacher for Caruthersville City School System, where he taught for 30 years. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Caruthersville, MO. Mr. Alls was a graduate of Arkansas State University and was a former health inspector for Hayti Health Department.
Cremation services are under the direction of Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include his wife, Vicki Dodd Alls of Dyersburg; a son, Derrick Alls and wife, Pamela, of Dyersburg; two sisters, Pam Allison of New Smyrna, FL and Norma McIntosh of Grand Blanc, MI; and two grandchildren, Savannah Alls and Ryan Alls.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jake and Mable Lynch Alls.
