Joe Mack Hatley, 67, of Tiptonville, TN, passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at his residence.

Joe was born on October 19, 1953, in Tiptonville, TN, to the late, Roce and Jessie Thomas Hatley. He was a retired plant manager for Georgia Gulf Corporation and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Tiptonville. Joe was the coordinator of the Lake County 911 Board and had served in the Tennessee National Guard.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at First Baptist Church in Tiptonville with Bro. John Troutman officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at the church.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Jo Hatley of Tiptonville, TN; a daughter, Emily Ross of Union City, TN; two brothers, Robert Wayne Hatley of Tiptonville, TN and Teddy Hatley of Hornbeak, TN; a sister, Linda Lou Hatley Cooper of Tiptonville, TN; and a grandson, Logan Ross.

In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Hatley.

Pallbearers will be Doug Roberson, Scott Shell, Scott Cooper, Leonard Davidson, Joel Estes and Frankie Joe Smith. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Young and Kenneth Ross.
