Joan Wyatt's Obituary
Joan Wyatt, 67, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Dyersburg Manor Nursing Center.
She was born on November 12, 1949 in Dyersburg, TN, to the late Thomas Tidwell and the late Dorothy Parker Tidwell. Joan was a retired beautician and was an avid bowler. She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church and served as an alderwoman for the City of Dyersburg.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, November 15, 2017 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Don Layman officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The Wyatt Family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Darrel Wyatt of Dyersburg; a daughter, Emily Wyatt Mooney and husband, Joey, of Dyersburg; a son, Scott Wyatt of Nashville; a brother, Phillip Tidwell and wife, Kathy, of Dyersburg; and four grandchildren, Parker Wyatt, Payton Mooney, Presley Mooney and Paige Mooney.
Pallbearers will be Danny Fowlkes, Jeff Jones, Bill Henry, Verlin Bernard, Johnny Choates and Kenneth Ratliff.
