Jo Ruth Staulcup, 86, wife of Aaron Staulcup of Ridgely, TN died at her home April 2, 2012.

She was the daughter of Clyde and Mary Inman McCutchen, prominent families of Ridgely.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Ridgely, the first Chairperson of the Union City Gideons Woman's Auxiliary when it organized and recently the Dyersburg Gideons Auxiliary and attended Missouri Christian College. She was a member of a Christian Lay witness Team from the late 60's until 2006 spending the weekends in over 100 homes with families in about 9 states sharing her Love for Jesus Christ in their home and their home churches.

She leaves her husband Aaron Staulcup; one daughter, Marijo and husband Allen Sullivan; and one grandson, Daniel and wife Angela Sullivan.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Dyersburg Funeral Home in Ridgely with funeral to follow at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Dyersburg Funeral Home Chapel in Ridgely with Pastor Craig Myrick and Dr. Barry Scott officiating.

Pallbearers will be Brad Keiser, Pete Keiser, Bobby Joe Busby, Trent and Kent Patterson and Keith Hulme with burial in New Haven Cemetery in Ridgely.
