Jo Ruth Mckinney's Obituary
Jo Ruth McKinney, 83, of Dyersburg, passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2014 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
She was a homemaker and a member of Fowlkes United Methodist Church.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Doug Ellingsworth officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Monday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her two sons, Rodney McKinney of Paris and Jeff McKinney of Dyersburg; a sister, Betty Rutledge of Statesville, N.C.; two brothers, Earl Willoughby of Dyersburg and Carter Willoughby of Finley; three grandchildren, Stacey Smith, Suzanne West and Shelley Herron; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy McKinney; a daughter, Sandra West; and her parents, Charles and Beatrice Silar Willoughby.
Pallbearers will be Charles Willoughby, Jerry Willoughby, Jimmy Willoughby, Byron Chandler, Chip Worley and Marty Ramey.
