Mr. Jimmy Eubanks, age 70, of Dyersburg, went home to be in the arms of Jesus on Friday afternoon, August 25, 2017.
Jimmy deeply loved his family, his church and going to work every day. He was a friend to all and he brought joy to everyone he met. He was a member of the First Christian Church and was an employee of Lowe's.
Graveside services will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Fairview Cemetery with Pastor Jeff Hall officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The family will receive visitors from 10-11 a.m. Monday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include his wife, Peggy Eubanks of Dyersburg; a son, Bob Eubanks and wife, Candace, of Obion; a sister, Rebecca Eubanks Anderson and husband, Steve, of Cordova; a brother, Chuck Eubanks of Colorado; and three grandchildren, MacKenzie Eubanks, Anna Jordan and Brandon King.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Amy Eubanks; and his parents, Charles Marr Eubanks and Jean Thedford Eubanks.
Pallbearers will be Butch Pritchett, Barry Cooley, Mike Sentell, Harry Hart, L.D. Davis, Jay Cryer, Dale Ethridge and Paul Ames.
The family requests that memorials be directed to Transitions or to Life Choices.
