Jimmy K. Davis, 79, of Dyersburg, died Thursday, July 14, 2011 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
He was a retired Senior Master Sergeant with the U.S. Air Force, where he served for 20 years, retired mail carrier for the U.S. Postal Service and a member of Forked Deer Antique Car Club.
Graveside services with Full Military Honors will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Cool Springs Cemetery in Yorkville with the Rev. Mike Pendergrass officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The family will receive visitors from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Survivors include his wife of 29 years, Barbara Martin Davis of Dyersburg; two sons, Robert Davis of Holly Hills, FL. and Wade Davis of Bald Knob, AR.; a step-daughter, Paula Gregory of Trenton; six grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and three step-great-granddaughters.
He was preceded in death by a son, Roy Davis; his parents, Calvin and Bessie Cobb Davis; and a brother, Billy Davis.
Pallbearers will be Members of the United States Air Force.
