Jimmy Wayne Adkins' Obituary
Jimmy Wayne Adkins, 64, of Dyersburg, died Thursday, February 16, 2012 at Baptist East Hospital in Memphis.
He was a glass glazier for Dyersburg Glass Co.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Adkins of Dyersburg; three daughters, Tiffany Adkins (Aspen) of Memphis TN, Kimberly Adkins Rush (Dallas) of Jackson, TN, Megan Adkins Nichols (Kaleb) of Fairbanks, Alaska; one son, Jodie Adkins of Yorkville, TN; one sister, Lila Hoback (Arthur) of Soddy Daisy, TN; one brother, Bobby Adkins (Geri) of Jackson, TN.; and seven grandchildren. He is also survived by his step-children; Chastity Moser, Brandon Copeland, John Copeland, and Jimmy Copeland all of Dyersburg.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jodie and Alice Anderson Adkins; and two brothers, Halbert Ennis Adkins and his wife, Sue, and James Edgar Adkins.
