Jim Henry Allen, Sr., 57, of Orland Hills, IL., died Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at his residence.

He was a Maintenance Technician for the Food Service.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Ridgely chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Mr. Rob Bledsoe officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery in Ridgely.

The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Monday evening at the Ridgely chapel.

Survivors include his wife, Deborah Allen of Orland Hills, IL.; two daughters, Shannon Allen and Tracy Knauer; one son, Jim Allen, Jr. and wife Leticia; two brothers, George Allen and Larry Allen; three sisters, Barbara Nichols, Dean Hodgkiss, and Christine Reynolds; and six grandchildren, Gavin Allen, Jacob Smith, Austin Knauer, Savannah Smith, Winter Knauer, and Briceton Knauer.

Pallbearers will be Jeffrey Haddix, Jeff Brewer, Tucker Allen, Billy Allen, Bobby Allen, and Jim Allen, Jr.
