Jerry Thomas Seratt, 73, of Dyersburg, passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2013 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
He was a retired truck driver for Dana Truck Fleet, member of American Motorcycle Association and a member of National Rifle Association.
Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Mr. Larry Fowlkes officiating.
The family will receive visitors from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include his wife, Lenora Lee Seratt of Dyersburg; a daughter, Sherri Seratt Thunberg and husband, Pete, of Schaumburg, IL; a son, Jerry Len Seratt and wife, Jenny, of Oxford, MS; three sisters, Alice Waddell of Walnut Ridge, AR., Louise Moore of Chicago, IL and Annie Moore of Ripley; a brother, Eugene Coffey and wife, Barbara, of Halls; and a grandchild, Tyler Seratt.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Evie Brimm Seratt; a sister, Betty Thurmond; and a brother, Donald E. Moore.
The family requests that memorials be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
