Jerry Lee "Pug" Webb, 69, of Dyersburg, passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Baptist East Hospital in Memphis.

He was born on April 23, 1947 in Blytheville, AR to the late Ellis B. Webb and the late Rosie Katherine Chaney Webb. Pug was a retired supervisor with Voith Maintenance and was a current part time employee of Acred's Shoe Store. He was a member of First Baptist Church, was an avid duck hunter, fisherman and U.T. Football Fan and enjoyed good times with his family. For a great start to his day, Pug would enjoy going for morning coffee with all his Roellen friends at Hilltop Grocery. Pug also served in the TN Army National Guard.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Fairview Cemetery with the Rev. Mike Hickman and the Rev. Nathe Ozment officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Linda Norville Webb of Dyersburg; a daughter, April Webb of Jackson; a sister, Shirley Butcher and husband, Ron, of Dyersburg; his mother-in-law, Jewell Norville of Dyersburg; several nieces and nephews; and his grand dog, Max.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Willys Norville; and a sister, Kathy McNeely.

Pallbearers will be Dean Norville, Tommy Norville, Terry Norville, Rusty Norville, Ron Butcher, Forrest Harrison, Don Martin and Rodger Pleasant. Honorary pallbearers will be Bill Acred, Tony McNeely, John Bill Childress, Kevin Stroup, Randy Keel and Jimmy Larson.

The family requests that memorials may be directed to the First Baptist Church Building Fund or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
