Jerry Darwin Parker, Sr., 70, of Dyersburg, passed away on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at his daughter's residence in Tiptonville.
He was a retired fork lift driver for Colonial Rubber and a member of Lighthouse Apostolic Church in Greenfield.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Lynn McCall and Bro. Jeff Smith officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery in Ridgely.
The family will receive visitors from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. Thursday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include his two daughters, Donna Phillips and husband, Ricky, of Dyersburg and Kim Parker Mills and husband, Jim, of Tiptonville; a son, Jerry D. Parker, Jr. and wife, Tammy, of McKenzie; a sister, Linda Autry of Dyersburg; sixteen grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jo Nell Parker; a son, David A. Parker; his parents, John Cecil Parker and Ethel Virginia Clark Parker; a sister, Elizabeth Ann Parker; and a brother, Charles Parker.
Pallbearers will be Derek Parker, Evan Parker, Zach Parker, Blake Whitlow, Chris Mills and Jason Mills.
