Mr. Jerry Glenn Alford, age 83, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away Sunday, May 16, 2021 at his residence.

He was born on May 10, 1938 in Dyersburg, TN to the late Joseph and Pearl Stanfill Alford. He was the owner of Alford Printing Company which was in business for 50 years in downtown Dyersburg.

The family will receive visitors on Thursday, May 20, 2021 from 12-1:45 at Dyersburg Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery conducted by Bro. Don Williams.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Laquita Armstrong Alford; one son, Jerry Lynn Alford of Memphis, TN; one daughter, Terri Alford Smith (Jimmy) of Arlington, TN; one brother, Bobby Gene Alford (Ruth) of Millington, TN; and one granddaughter, Summer Smith of Arlington, TN.

In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
