Jeremy Lee Gooch, 34, of Tiptonville, passed away on Monday, March 13, 2017 at his residence.
He was born on October 17, 1982 in Obion County, TN. Jeremy was a correctional lieutenant at Northwest Correctional Facility.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday in the Tiptonville Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. John Troutman officiating. Burial will be in Lake Memorial Gardens. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The family will receive visitors from 1-3 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Survivors include his son, Logan Gooch of Tiptonville; his mother, Roberta Gooch Kelley of Tiptonville; his aunt, Bernie Sneed; his uncle, David Gooch and wife, Rita; and three cousins, Misty Sneed, Michael Sneed and Brandon Gooch.
Pallbearers will be Robert Calton, Daniel Booker, Michael Sneed, Brandon Gooch, Justin Jones and Bobby Joe Sneed.
