Jennifer Beth Childress Furr, 33, of Tiptonville, passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2016 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

She was a hostess for retail sales and was a member of the Church of Christ.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in the Ridgely Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Mr. Jeff O'Dell and Mr. John Tibbs officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Survivors include her son, Blake Furr of Madison, AL; her parents, Tommy and Cindy Childress of Tiptonville; a sister, Jill Craft of Union Grove, AL; her grandmother, Doris Childress of Dyersburg; loving aunts and uncles; numerous cousins; and her close special friend, Justin Stockton.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Raymond and Mandy Douthit and Tom Childress; and a cousin, Matthew Curvin.

Pallbearers will be Josh Leinweber, Jason Tolley, Billy Farmer, Jack Flowers, John Parker Dean, and Justin Stockton.
