Jeff is survived by his wife, of 50 years, Judy Blackwood Sartin, his daughter, Jennifer Criswell and husband, Gary, his sons Brian Sartin and wife, Beverly and John Scott Sartin and wife, Julie, his brother Steve Sartin and wife, Sabrina. He was greatly loved as "Papaw" and "Paps" by his grandchildren; Kaitlyn Hagood and husband, Taylor, John Colby Sartin, Thomas Sartin, Ryan Sartin and Hollon Sartin and his great-grandchildren Hudson, Hayden and Hendon Hagood.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Alice Sartin and a brother Harold A.
