Mr. Jeffery Lynn Barrett, of Dyersburg, passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2023 at Tristar Centennial Hospital in Nashville.  He was born April 2, 1974 and was a life-long resident of Dyersburg, TN.

Jeff was employed by Dyersburg Fabrics and later LinCare Services.  He was a member the Church Without Walls in Dyersburg and played drums as a part of their praise team.  Jeff lived an active life, enjoying skateboarding, showing cars and was a fan of wrestling.  He completed degrees of study in Christian Ministries and was known for his soft humor and ability to set others at ease, always lightening the mood of a group.

He is survived by his father, Harvey Barrett, his wife, Brooke Barrett, his daughters, Madyson & KaleyJo, and his son, Parker.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Pam White Barrett.

A Celebration of Jeff's life will be held Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at the Church Without Walls in Dyersburg, conducted by Pastor Zach Bennard.  A visitation gathering will be held from 4:30 p.m. until services begin.  Honorary pallbearers will be Harvey Barrett, Casey Campbell, Keith Freeman, Harry Kaplan & Zach Bennard.
