J.C. Crouch, 86, of Ridgely, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at Reelfoot Manor Nursing Home in Tiptonville.
He was a retired food processor for Continental Staley Corporation in Chicago, IL. J.C. was a devoted husband and father and always lent a helping hand to those in need. He was a Baptist.
Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in the Ridgely Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Gerry Anderson officiating.
Survivors include his daughter, Barbara Crouch of Ridgely; a son, Rickey Crouch and wife, Debbye, of Trenton; a granddaughter, Meliah Crouch Weaks and husband, Matt, of Ridgely; and a great-grandchild, Braeden Goodman.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Sue "Jo" Crouch; his parents, Charlie and Flora Ward Crouch; two sisters, Mary Opal Ivy and Eva Inez Crouch; two brothers, Charlie J. Crouch, Jr. and Thomas Crouch; and his dear foster sister, Roxie Davis.
The family requests that memorials be directed to a charity of the donor's choice.
