Janet Lee Fowler Tate, 55, of Tiptonville, died Sunday, August 9, 2009 at her residence.
She was a homemaker and a member of Lakeview Baptist Church.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Ridgely Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Rev. Jason Allison officiating. Burial will be in Fremont Cemetery in Union City, TN.
The family will receive visitors from 5:30-9 p.m. today at the Ridgely Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her husband, John Tate of Tiptonville; a son, Wayne White of Hornbeak; her mother, Rosie "Tiny" Smyth of Fremont, TN.; her step-father, Papa Jack Smyth of Fremont, TN.; a step-daughter, Grace Nicole Tate of Newbern; a step-son, William Paul Tate of Newbern; a sister, Carolyn Able of Samburg; a brother, Randall Fowler of Munford, TN.; and two grandchildren, Conner Seth White and Brooke Leann White.
She was preceded in death by her father Jessie "Jake" Lee Fowler.
Pallbearers will be Randall Fowler, Randy Fowler, Danny Fowler, Little Niki Hayes, Gary Stoneburner and Daniel Stoneburner.
