James L. White's Obituary
James L. White, 68, of Ridgely, died Thursday, September 27, 2012 at his residence.
He was a farmer for Paschall Farms, where he worked for 35 years, member of Willingham Baptist Church in the Madie Community and an avid fisherman.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in the Ridgely Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Bramlett officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Martha White of Ridgely; a son, James Wade White of Roellen; two sisters, Brenda Ferguson of Tiptonville and Linda Voelker of Las Vegas; a brother, Rex White of Dyersburg; three grandchildren, Amber White, Josh White and Jacob White; and two great-grandchildren, Brennen White and Bailey White.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Zubie Thomas White.
Pallbearers will be Melvin Boyd, Eddie Boyd, Mark Boyd, Neal Boyd, Shane Boyd, Jason Bell and Oscar Allen.
