James Dennis West's Obituary
James Dennis West, 62, of Dyersburg, died Friday, January 18, 2013 at his residence.
He was a tool and dye engineer at Heco.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Barry Greenlee officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Sunday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include his four daughters, Stacey Smith and husband, Reggie, of Olive Branch, MS, Shelley Ledbetter and husband, C.J., Suzanne West and Destiny West, all of Dyersburg; two sisters, Susan Osborne of Dyersburg and Phyllis Keenum of Cordova; a brother, Gene West of Dyersburg; six grandchildren, Jerrod Smith, Tristen Smith, Katelin Herren, Gillian Herren, Madalyn Ledbetter and Connor Ciaramitaro; and his companion, Becca Taylor of Dyersburg.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra West; and his parents, James and Ocie Bush West.
Pallbearers will be C.J. Ledbetter, Michael Arguello, Reggie Smith, Devon Keenum, Johnny Fulcher, David Osborne, Tim Steagal and Ricky Collins.
The family requests that memorials be directed to the American Cancer Society.
