Mr. James Douglas "Doug" Lewis, age 73, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at his residence.

Doug was born on December 7, 1947, to the late Clifton and Mary Mancell Lewis. He retired as a truck driver for UPS.

Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday, May 6, 2021 at Dyer County Memorial Gardens conducted by Bro. Calvin Smith.

The Lewis family will receive friends from 12-2:45 p.m. Thursday, May 6, 2021 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Jewel Lewis of Dyersburg, TN; two sons, Chad Lewis (Lisa) of Newbern, TN and Brian Lewis (Debbie) of Dyersburg, TN; and one sister, Pat Joy of Dyersburg, TN.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Thomas Lewis.

Pallbearers will be Wade Jackson, Hunter Jackson, Rusty Jackson, Frank Rogers, Tommy Ratliff, Gean Hall and Toma Lewis.
