James T. Jones, beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and dear friend, passed away June 11, 2016.

Jim was very proud to be a veteran of the United States Air Force and a retired Civil Service employee. He volunteered for many years with the VFW Post 6605.

Jim leaves behind his loving daughter, Sharon (Ronnie) Broussard; grandson, Joseph Broussard; brothers, Carl, Paul David (Sandy), George, (Judie); and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Margaret Jones; his brothers, Curtis (Margaret), Joe (Frances), and Richard Jones; and a sister, Frances Jones Minton.

In keeping with Jim's requests, there will not be a memorial service or funeral service. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
