James Melvin Edmaiston, 67, of Memphis, TN, passed away on Friday, January 1, 2021 at Baptist East Hospital in Memphis, TN.

James was born on November 30, 1953, in Memphis, TN, to the late, J.B. and Dorothy Walker Edmaiston. He was a steel fabricator for Aircon Corporation.

Private graveside services will be held at Zion Cemetery in Obion, TN with the Rev. Mike Hickman officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include his two brothers, John E. Edmaiston of Bartlett, TN and Fred M. Edmaiston of Memphis, TN.

In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by a brother, Terry L. Edmaiston.

Memorials may be directed to a charity of the donor's choice.
