James "Toby" Clifford Tatum, Sr., 68, of Dyersburg, passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2016 at Tennova Healthcare Dyersburg Regional.

Toby was a registered nurse at the Methodist Dyersburg Hospital and a member of Oak Grove Church of Christ. Toby was also a U.S. Army Veteran.

Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Fairview Cemetery with Bro. Tom Butler officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The Tatum Family will receive visitors from 1:30-2:30 Tuesday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include his two sisters, Anne Allen of Dyersburg and Angela Kidd of Obion; a brother, Lee Tatum of Martin; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Deborah Tatum; a son, James "Jim" Tatum; and his parents, Ivory and Mavis Turner Tatum.

Dyersburg Funeral Home Staff will serve as pallbearers.
