Jacquelyn Elaine O'Steen-Owens' Obituary
Jacquelyn Elaine O'steen-Owens, 65, of Tiptonville, passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.
She was a retired factory employee for Zephyr Hills Bottled Water Company.
Survivors include her two daughters, Chancey Teague (Kevin Howard) of Tiptonville and Jacquelyn O'steen of Zephyr Hills, FL; a son-in-law, Marcellino Ray League; and ten grandchildren, Jackson Howard, Paige Teague, Laighla Teague, James Howard, Camren Howard, Dillon Howard, Christina Teague, Alexis Teague, Kayla Teague, and Tyler Kerfoot.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Silas Gordon Owens; and her parents, Richard and Elna Scharr Ross.
