Jack William McKenzie II, age 63, of Tiptonville, TN, passed away on Friday, December 10, 2021 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Jack was born on February 3, 1958, in Hickman, KY, to the late, Jack William McKenzie, Sr. and the late Nellie Jo Pitts McKenzie.

Graveside services will be at 12 p.m. Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at Hickman City Cemetery with Mr. Wilford Mobley officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The family will receive visitors from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at the Tiptonville Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include his daughter, Rebecca Crawford of Catron, MO; a son, Jack William "Will" McKenzie III of Tiptonville, TN; two brothers, Tim McKenzie (Amy) of Dresden, TN and Tony Wallace of Tiptonville, TN; a sister, Paula Kelley (Danny) of Paris, TN; and two grandchildren, Brendan Bargery and Bentley McKenzie.

Pallbearers will be Terry Crittendon, Hart McKenzie and Nick Willoughby.

Memorials may be directed to a charity of the donor's choice.
