Ira Earl Parrott, Jr., 77, of Tiptonville, TN, passed away on Friday, July 16, 2021 at Baptist Hospital in Union City.

Ira was born on May 23, 1944, in Nashville, TN, to the late, Ira Earl Parrott, Sr. and the late, Elsie Lula James Parrott. He was retired from World Color Press.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, July 23, 2021 at Tiptonville City Cemetery with Bro. Terry Motte officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Family members and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.

Survivors include his two brothers, Larry Parrott of Tiptonville, TN and Harlan Parrott of Baton Rouge, LA.

In addition to his parents, Ira was preceded in death by three sisters, Betty Alma Davis, Carolyn Faye Midkiff and Mary Marie Creede; and two brothers, Robert Harold Parrott and James Fenton Parrott.
