Homer Larry Golden, 91, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2020 at his residence.

Homer was born on April 18, 1929, in Friendship, TN, to the late Homer and Marion Miller Golden. He was a retired Sergeant First Class with the United States Army, where he was awarded with a Bronze Star Medal. Homer proudly served his country during the Korean and Vietnam Wars.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include his wife, Lois Golden of Dyersburg, TN; two sons, Tim Golden of Huntsville, AL and Kenny Golden of Lake Wyley, S.C.; a sister, Sara Sweet of Shreveport, LA; and three grandchildren, Kathryn Golden, Grayson Golden and Braden Golden.
