Henry Allen Jarvis' Obituary
Henry Allen Jarvis, 79, of Dyersburg, passed away on Monday, December 8, 2014 at his residence.
He was a retired minister and a member of Roellen Church of Jesus Christ. He was a retired carpenter and a former clerk for Wal-Mart in Delta, CO.
Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Roellen Church of Jesus Christ with the Rev. Holmes officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Ann Jarvis of Dyersburg; a son, Keith Allen Jarvis and wife, Jo, of Mesa, AZ; a daughter, Kim Shilts and husband, Nathan, of Dyersburg; five sisters, Marie Bishop, Louise Alderdice, Susie Hodge, Barbara Jo Dorrington and Darlene Brown, all of Delta, CO; a brother, Robert Jarvis of Tennessee; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Darrell Wayne Jarvis; and his parents, Vester and Adeline Waters Jarvis.
