Helen G. Mathis-Fowler, 73, of Altamont, TN., died Sunday, April 18, 2010at UT Medical Center in Knoxville, TN.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Dyersburg Funeral Home Ridgely Chapel. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday at Dyersburg Funeral Home Ridgely Chapel.
Survivors include her husband, Billy J. Fowler; two daughters, Rosemary Fowler and Kimberly Basham; three sisters, Linda Johnson, Rhonda Choate and Melba Campbell; four brothers, T.L. Campbell, Danny Campbell, Tony Campbell and William Campbell; four grandchildren, Joseph Ballou, Geneva Fowler Mills, Billy Miller Jr. and Michael Aaron Jennings; four great-grandchildren, Trevor Fowler, Bethany Mills, Kaleb Mills and Joey Ballou; a great-great-granddaughter, Isabella DaBolt; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Mae Campbell; a daughter, Patricia Ann Ballou; and a brother, Carl Campbell.
