Hazel Hendrix's Obituary
Hazel Hendrix, 89, of Dyersburg, died Friday, July 31, 2009 at Jackson Regional Hospital.
She was a homemaker, a member of Dyersburg Church of God and a member of Senior Circle.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Dyersburg Funeral Home with Dr. Tom Burgner and Pastor Robert Davis officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Survivors include her husband, Jim York; a son, Calvin Dale Hendrix and wife, Pat, of Dyersburg; a brother, Leo Crews of Petersburg, Ill.; and a grandchild, Emily Hohneck and husband, Danny, of Tiptonville.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Calvin B. Hendrix.
Pallbearers will be Jason Funderburk, Terry Funderburk, Glendale Brasfield, James Davidson, Paul Gardner and Nicky Lawson.
