Hazel Laverne Gamble, 76, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at West Tennessee Healthcare Dyersburg Hospital.

She was born on March 24, 1943, in Dyersburg, TN, to the late, J. B. and Gwennie Mabry Garrison. Hazel was a retired employee for Heckethorn Manufacturing. She was a member of The Sanctuary, where she was very involved in her church.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 18, 2019 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Ron Lovins officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

The Gamble Family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her son, Jeff Gamble and wife, Laurie, of Humboldt, TN; five sisters, Betty Prater and husband, Lee, of Homestead, FL, Dorothy Bivens and husband, Freddie, of Friendship, TN, Linda Harris and Donna Seratt, both of Newbern, TN and Melissa Bargery and husband, Glenn, of Ridgely, TN; two brothers, Marvin Garrison and wife, Norma Lynn, of Fenton, MO and Rick Garrison and wife, Cherry, of Newbern, TN; two grandchildren, J. Tyler Gamble and wife, Emily, of Humboldt, TN and M. Chase Gamble and wife, Emily, of Franklin, TN; and three great-grandchildren, Emerson Gamble, Cooper Gamble and Crews Gamble.

In addition to her parents, Hazel was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Eugene Gamble.
