Hazel Lorene Davis, 90, of Dyersburg, died Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.

She was a retired beautician and a member of Cornerstone Church of God.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. O.L. Hart officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Survivors include her two daughters, Helen Rice and husband, Charles, and Willa Dean Coburn, all of Dyersburg; four grandchildren, Allen Rice and wife, Penny, of Dyersburg; Stephanie Guest and husband, Scott, of Atlanta, GA, Selena Barker and husband, Robert, of Dyersburg and Ryan Davis and wife, Dana, of Nashville; and four great-grandchildren, Taylor Wilkerson, Allisyn Rice, Kayla Barker and Skylar Guest.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Davis; a son, Darrell Davis; a son-in-law, Royce Coburn; a grandson, Kevin Coburn; her parents, Thomas and Birdie Russell; three sisters, Mary Denning, Mildred Murray and Jewell Bell; and four brothers, James Russell, Edward Russell, Lloyd Russell and Odell Russell.

Pallbearers will be Allen Rice, Robert Barker, Taylor Wilkerson, Ryan Davis, Scott Guest and Tim Epperson.
