Gregory Wayne Prince, age 57, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at his residence.

Gregory was born on April 1, 1964, in Dyersburg, TN, to David Wayne Prince and Brenda Sue Ward Prince. He served his country with honor in the United States Army. Gregory was a retired lab technician with St. Jude Children's Hospital and was a member of Phillips Street Church of God. He was a graduate of Austin Peay State University and loved playing the bass guitar.

Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at New Haven Cemetery with Rev. Joseph Ballinger officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Family members and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.

Gregory leaves his two daughters, Kristian Leigh Jackson and Sara Elizabeth Prince, both of Olive Branch, MS; his parents, David and Brenda Prince of Newbern, TN; and a sister, Kathy Alexander of Dyersburg, TN.

He was preceded in death by his brother, David Alan Prince.
