Grace Pauline Simpson's Obituary
Grace Pauline Simpson, 74, of Newbern, died Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at her residence.
She was a former cook and waitress at Foster's Cafe.
Memorial services will be at 12 noon Saturday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Chaplain Mark Pendergrass officiating.
The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m. - 12 noon at the funeral home.
Survivors include her daughter, Melissa Simpson Tate of Newbern; a son, Mike Simpson of Tiptonville; two sisters, Murline Gibson of Artesia, MS. and Peggy Lorraine Thomas of Longwood, FL.; three half-sisters, Ruth Algo of Tuscaloosa, AL., Callie Wilson of Jackson, GA. and Wanda Glover of Florence, AL.; three half-brothers, James Swartz of Saint Augustine, FL., Bill Swartz of Northport, AL. and Roy Swartz of Cottondale, AL.; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Stella Saunkner Swartz.
