Gloria Ann Johnson, 67, of Newbern, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Tennova Healthcare Dyersburg Regional.

She was a retired factory employee for World Color Press. Ms. Gloria was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church and was the owner of Gloria's Hair Bows & More.

Services for Ms. Gloria will be at 3 p.m. Monday at Hillcrest Baptist Church with the Rev. Lynn King and the Rev. Michael Crandall officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The Johnson Family will receive visitors from 5-7 p.m. Sunday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband, Billy R. Johnson of Newbern; two daughters, Stephanie Maddox (Johnathan) of Halls and Lacye Simpson of Newbern; a brother, Larry Cook (Imogene) of Ridgely; four grandchildren, Lauren Scott (Zack), Michael Garrett, Zachery Simpson, and Mia Simpson; and two great-grandchildren, Briley Scott and Konner Scott.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Andy and Vera Blasingim Cook; and a brother, Bunny Ray Cook.
