Glenn Dale Norris' Obituary
Glenn Dale Norris, 78, of Tiptonville, passed away on Monday, September 28, 2015 at his residence.
He was the owner and operator of Glenn's Welding & Fabricating and a member of Wynnburg Baptist Church. Mr. Norris was an avid hunter, fisherman and outdoorsman.
Services will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Wynnburg Baptist Church with the Rev. Chip Davis officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The family will receive visitors from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at Wynnburg Baptist Church.
Survivors include his two daughters, Regina Norris Jones of Tiptonville and Janet Norris Gates of Frankfort, KY; three sisters, Ruth Collier and Brenda Goines, both of Illinois and Janie Goines of Metropolis, IL; two brothers, Donnie Norris of Cypress, IL and Darrell Norris of Illinois; six grandchildren, Josh Jones, Heather Jones, Robert Gates, Allie Crawford, Madelyn Gates and Mary Norris; and five great-grandchildren, Ema Kate Jones, Wyatt Jones, Aaron Crawford, Vada Crawford and Connor Norris.
Mr. Norris was preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey Glenn Norris; and his parents, Lloyd and Thelma Farris Norris.
