Ginny Lynn Seaton, age 80, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away peacefully at her residence on Friday, November 22, 2024.

Born on April 24, 1944, in Dyersburg, TN, she was the beloved daughter of the late Charles Everett Ozment and Amanda Virginia Hawkes Ozment. Ginny was a dedicated bookkeeper, having worked for Parkview Florist and with Dr. W.I. Thornton's office. She was a proud 1962 graduate of Dyersburg High School and was a member of First Christian Church. She had a passion for gardening, working puzzles, and traveling. Above all, she cherished her time with her grandchildren and family.

Services for Mrs. Seaton will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, November 24, 2024 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Rev. Kenny Chessor officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Charles Seaton of Dyersburg, TN; two daughters, Amy Brock and husband, Clark, of Finley, TN and Christi Jacobi and husband, Steve, of Dyersburg ,TN; three grandchildren, Alex Jacobi (Matt Pittman), Zach Jacobi and Gracie Brock; and her special friend and caregiver, Pat Gill of Dyersburg, TN.

Serving as pallbearers will be Clark Brock, Steve Jacobi, Zach Jacobi, Benji Seaton, Danny Seaton and Matt Pittman.
