Ginger Marie Blackburn, 39, of Tiptonville, TN, passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at West Tennessee Healthcare Dyersburg Hospital.

Ginger was born on December 1, 1979, in Union City, TN to Betty Smith Blackburn and the late James Blackburn. She was a homemaker.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Tiptonville City Cemetery.

Family members and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.

Survivors include her daughter, Cataline Ceaser of Tiptonville, TN; four sons, James Sherrill, Tommy Ceaser and Kadrian Blackburn, all of Tiptonville, TN and Mason Smith of Ridgely, TN; her mother, Betty Blackburn of Tiptonville, TN; two sisters, Karen McCarver (Thom) of Metropolis, IL and Melissa Newsom of Tiptonville, TN; and her maternal grandmother, Edith Smith Mealer of Ridgely, TN.

In addition to her father, Ginger was preceded in death by her grandparents, T. M. Smith and Glenn and Thelma Blackburn.
