Geraldine Whitter's Obituary
Geraldine Whitter, 90, of Tiptonville, TN, passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018 at Union City Manor in Union City, TN.
She was born on March 15, 1928, in East St. Louis, IL, to the late John Jesse Grayson and the late Josephine Strawhun Grayson. Geraldine was a former pastor's secretary for First Baptist Church in Fairview Heights, IL.
Cremation services are under the direction of Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her two sons, Kevin G. Whitter of Tiptonville, TN and Keith G. Whitter of Clearwater, FL; three granddaughters, Jennifer L. Whitter of Belleville, IL, Megan Whitter Weinburgh of Ft. Dix, NJ and Mikela Maria Whitter Conte of Palm Harbor, FL; two grandsons, Caleb J. Whitter of Malden, MA and Ernesto Gregory Whitter Conte of Palm Harbor, FL; and several great-grandsons, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Anthony Whitter, Jr.
