Gerald Thomas Smith's Obituary
Gerald Thomas Smith, 70, of Kennesaw, Ga., formerly of Dyersburg, died Thursday, May 21, 2009 at his residence.
He was a retired registered nurse for Kennestone Hospital Oncology.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive visitors at 10 a.m. today at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce Smith of Kennesaw, Ga.; two daughters, Sandra Smith of Kansas City, Mo. and Andrea Smith of Kennesaw, Ga.; a son, Michael Smith of Kennesaw, Ga.; a brother, Robert Smith of Dyersburg; and a grandchild, Ryan Smith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Hazel Smith.
