George Osburn Lee, 84, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Monday, March 30, 2020 at his residence.

Mr. Lee was born on April 4, 1935, in Dyersburg, TN, to the late William and Demetria Cowell Lee. He was a retired supervisor at Colonial Rubber in Dyersburg. He was a member of Independent Free Holiness Church.

Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at Fairview Cemetery with the Rev. Calvin Smith officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include his two sons Steve Lee (Rhonda), of Dyersburg, Tn. and Kenneth Lee and Bill Young of Burlington, NC., and a daughter-in-law Brenda Lee of Dyersburg, Tn. He was also survived by his  three grandchildren, Madison "Misty" Cooper(Richard), Jared Lee (Angela), Adam Lee(Melissa); eight great grandchildren , Lauren Lee, Brodie, Lee, Emma Lee, Gretchen Lee, Grayson Lee, Pamela Cooper, Christina Cooper, Mary Hayes(David); one great great grandchild, Ethan Hayes and his caregiver, Brenda Sweatt.

In addition to his parents George was preceded in death by his wife Mary Sue Lee; a son, Eddie Lee; two sisters, Frances "Sis" Green and Mary Lois Fortner: and two brothers; William Ernest Lee and Robert Harold Lee.
